Refreshes only the vehicles child records for the companies below (source: bestof dump — camper or rental cars). Does not create or update the rental company, its depots, or any other child data.

The rental company must already exist for each OID targeted — run Rental Companies Migration first. Companies with no existing record are skipped with a warning in the job log.
